Convert your points to miles

• Login into your account on www.lakrewards.com. (Not registered? simply click on Register for Lak).
• Click on redeem Lak points.
• Choose Points transfer as one of redeem option.
• Select Etihad guest logo from partner list.
• .Enter your Etihad Guest Membership number.
• Enter your Etihad Guest Membership name.
• Enter the Lak points to be transferred to Etihad Guest Miles (Should be in multiple of 8,000 Lak Points)
• Click on generate OTP to send password to your registered mobile number.
• Enter OTP received on your registered mobile number and click submit and your Points will be transferred immediately and will be available to redeem for flights, upgrades, products or hotel stays.

• * The Cardholder must be a member of Etihad Guest frequent flyer program If he/she is not a member, he/she must enroll in Etihad guest program before the transfer can take place.
• * When requesting the transfer, the Cardholder must use the same name as used on Etihad guest program membership card. If the name is incorrect it may be rejected during the upload process.
• * Points transfer should be requested through the website only and once made, the request cannot be cancelled.
• * Points also cannot be transferred back from Etihad Airways.
• * When making a Points Transfer request, the correct partner membership number must be entered. Lak Points/partner points will not be refunded if the number or details provided is incorrect.
