- Please allow a minimum of 3 business days* for your Air Miles to be exchanged to Etihad Guest Miles. Once the Etihad Guest Miles transfer request is initiated it cannot be transferred back to your Air Miles account.
- The privilege to exchange Air Miles is only available to Air Miles customers who have enrolled in the Etihad Guest programme.The above terms and conditions are in addition to the terms and conditions governing the Air Miles program.
